Zivalic Family
After shooting Ryan and Holly's holiday family portraits last month I sent a text to Holly - I feel like you guys are complete now. It might not make sense to others but she understood exactly what I meant by it. Sully now a little over 2 years old, has the combination of Ryan and Holly's personality. Her sense of humor might be more on Ryan's side. I'm basing that on the last video he sent me of Sully potty training. She did however picked up being affectionate from Holly. Amado and I are still enjoying Marley as a baby. We can kind of see a glimpse of how she'll be a year or two older but I'm not ready for her to grow up yet.

Sully and Marley
You've likely seen this little one all over my blog and Instagram. For the last two years (well almost two) I tagged along Holly to their swimming lessons, art class or at My Gym. Yeah, I was that childless bald asian guy hanging around My Gym. About two weeks ago, Sully became a big sister and a really sweet one!
It's time for everyone to meet Marley Mae.
If you personally know Holly then you've probably seen videos of Sully adoring Marley. It's real, she really does talk to her little sister.

Holly's Maternity Shoot
Did a quick maternity shoot with Holly, Sully and Baby Emme. What I love about Holly is that's open to any ideas. Every time we planned a shoot, I can count on receiving texts and emails at randoms hours days before our the shoot. It let's me know what direction and feel she's looking for which makes it easier for me to prepare.
Our Sully is growing so fast! I can't wait to see her play with Baby Emme.
Again, thanks to Grandma Shirl for assisting and Lindsey for Holly's hair and makeup (and the other "things" I couldn't do).
I'm thinking this is going to be a phase for me but I'm really into double exposure images right now.

Zivalic Disneyland Day
Since Ryan and Holly have Disneyland season passes and they've gone almost every other day of the week, she thought we might as well take their holiday photos at the "Happiest Place on Earth".
FYI, all four of us squeezed in one tea cup. I could have sworn they were much bigger and had more leg room.

Sully turns 1!
We were getting ready to head out to my Aunt and Uncle's house for a Labor Day weekend barbeque
when we got a call that it's been cancelled.
"Holly's in labor!", was the call I got from my Aunt.
We spent a few hours at the hospital on Sunday but she wasn't ready to come out yet.
Came Monday morning, Amado and I woke up early to get our shots from a local clinic/store then
headed directly to the hospital. We were the first one to see her that morning.
Sooooooooo tiny! So Ryan and Holly!
I can't believe its been a year already.
After a few emails back and forth with Holly, we nailed down the concept
that she wanted to do for Sully's First Birthday portraits.

Zivalic Holiday Portraits
Christmas definitely started earlier this year for Holly and Ryan since Sully was born.
How early you ask? I got their Christmas card today.
Who can blame her for wanting to share Sully in her snowman jammies to everyone ASAP?!
From engagement to Sully's couple of weeks at home, I've been snapping away with my camera.
So it seems natural that I take their first holiday portraits as a family.
I've also been told by Holly that we can't move away from them ever.
Can't argue with that.
