Bradley Michael

Amado and I were in San Diego for a day so we decided to visit the Grant family in their new home. In a couple of weeks, Candy and Evan will be celebrating their 2nd year anniversary. Really feels like their wedding was just months ago. The massive number of friends and family that drove out to Julian to celebrate their wedding day, all-night dancing and partying at the reception, best man climbing a tree and not remembering the next day, oh and not to forget Julian Apple Pies! I still regret only getting two pies to take home with us.

This year a little guy named Bradley Michael will be crashing their celebration. I already know he's going to be spoiled by his entire family. Can't wait to see more of this little guy.

Moleskine + MILK Photobook

Browsing through Flipbook (one of the best apps on iOS), I found out Moleskine was launching a new product with a photo book company. I've always loved their notebooks. I have a few in different sizes that I carry depending on how big my bag is that week/day. There's just something about jotting down notes with a pen and paper that I like more than just clicking away on a computer or a phone.

I also don't have any of my work printed besides Malaya Project images that we use for galleries and one 4x6 photo of Juku, Kami and Amado "begging".

I decided to put together a book for the last wedding that I did.  At least now I have a book to show clients as sample of my work.

I ordered a 20 page book which took me longer to fill than I expected. I went back and forth selecting the images I wanted to use to tell the story. The images has to fit correctly in the template so some crops did not work as nice as the original format. I took my time and I think worked on the book for at least 5 days.

I'm really happy with the result.

Like the notebooks, the photo books also has a pocket at the back.
I guess a good place to store the discs for the images.

Pre-ordering included a free lined notebook.

Candy and Evan's Wedding

San Diego meets Norwich, Vermont in Julian, for me that was Candy and Evan's autumn wedding theme.
The whole day came together with everyones help, until the very last minute the bride walked down the aisle.
It was great seeing both families (and friends) working together to make the couple's day even more special.

I had to step away after this shot. My first thought was Candy looks amazing. Seconds later it sunk in that my little cousin is hours away from being Mrs. Grant.

Again, thanks to the M.O.B. for nudging me to run outside and get this shot. Still one of my faves.

Candy and Evan, one word, amazeballs!

Seconds before the guys started chanting "quack! quack! quack!" lol

Father and Daughter dance, Belisario style.

Evan's mom, one of the many who worked hard on the wedding details.

Game face for bouquet toss!

Congratulations Candy and Evan!
